The Tudor Arms Pub and Restaurant in Stockholm has today been voted as "The Best British Pub in the World" outside Britain in a competition arranged by the Telegraph Newspaper Group in London and British Airways.

Many British Pubs and Bars from all continents took part in this competition and the winning venue from each country, in total 35, were placed into the final voting contest.

The outcome of this final vote put The Tudor Arms as winners after tough competition from Carnegie´s Pub in Hong Kong, Sid's Pub in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, George and Dragon in Dar-es Salaam, Tanzania, The Bull´s Head in Bangkok, Thailand and The Royal Oak in Cape Town, South Africa.
